• Mixed Bread Improver with flour and other dry ingredients and follow the standard bread making process.
• Suggested Optimum dosage: 0.3% on flour weight.(30g per 10kg of flour).
• Ingredient: Starch, soya flour, improver (INS 170(1),1100), Antioxidant, INS 3000.
