Vegetarian Cake Mix

Ingredients:

Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Rice Flour, Edible Vegetable Oil (Plam, Sesame), Milk Solids, Dextrose, Baking Powder, Yeast, Emulsifier (INS481i), Salt.

Contains Added Flavour (Nature Identical and Artifical Flavouring Substance – Vanilla , Vanillin)

Recipe:

Super Veg Waffle Sweet Mix : 1000g.

Water : 500g – 650g.

Oil (if Required) : 50g.

Consume The prepared Batter within 4 hours of preparation.

Attachment – Paddle

1. Preheat Waffle Machine to 180 C.
2. Mix Water and Super Veg Waffle Sweet Mix at Speed 1(Slow) For 1 min.
3. Scrape and Mix At Speed 2 (Medium Speed) -2min
4. Keep the Batter For 20 Min for fermentation at ambient Temperature.
5. Pour Batter (80g) in Preheated Waffle Maker for 4 to 5 Min.

Storage Conditions:

Close the bag after use. Store in a cool dry place. Away from heat and sunlight.
